We’d Love to Hear From You
General Inquiries & Corrections
[email protected] Spotted a guide that’s wrong, missing a detail, or out of date? This is the fastest way to get it fixed. Include the title and, if you can, the specific scene or detail you think we got wrong it helps us re-check the exact moment instead of rewatching the whole thing from scratch.
Editorial Inquiries & Title Requests
[email protected] Requests for a movie, show, anime, K-drama, game, or book we haven’t covered yet, or feedback on how a specific guide is written or organized. If you’re requesting a title, let us know why you need it soon if there’s a deadline (a weekend release, a birthday gift, a sleepover) we prioritize requests where we can.
Partnership & Media Inquiries
[email protected] Brand collaborations, press inquiries, and interview requests. Please note: we don’t accept payment in exchange for a featured guide or a more favorable content rating, see our Editorial Standards on the About page for more on this.
Legal & Copyright
[email protected] Copyright concerns, image usage questions, or policy-related inquiries.
Response time: We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. During major release weeks (a big theatrical opening, a new console season, a K-drama premiering across multiple platforms), replies may run a little slower thanks for your patience.
Before You Reach Out
A few things worth knowing before you send a message:
If you’re dealing with an urgent situation involving a child: something they’ve already seen or played that’s caused real distress, or a safety concern, please reach out to a pediatrician, school counselor, or a crisis line directly. Our guides are built to help you decide before your child watches or plays something; they’re not built to respond fast enough for something that’s already happened, and they’re not a substitute for professional support.
If you’re asking about a specific version or edit (a theatrical cut versus a streaming cut, a censored versus uncensored anime release, a regional edition of a game), tell us which platform or release you’re watching or playing. Content can genuinely differ between versions, and knowing which one you have helps us give you an answer that’s actually accurate instead of a general one.
If you’re not sure which guide applies maybe the title’s spelled differently across platforms, or it’s part of a franchise with multiple entries just describe what you’re looking at (platform, release year, or where you found it) and we’ll point you to the right guide, or tell you honestly if we haven’t covered it yet.
If you’re requesting a title, one detail helps most: the age of the child you’re deciding for. A rating guide answers differently for a curious seven-year-old than for a fifteen-year-old, and knowing that up front means our answer, once we publish it, is actually useful to you.
